they say, that you'd be the last to know that you've been wearing a green hat .... I'm not sure I would knowingly enter into a relationship just for sex ... infact, I think I'm over that now ..... I like to think that sex is no longer a pre-req of mine for a great relationship ....
but still ... the mental image, or the knowledge that she's doing it with other men too ..... I can only pray that I'll only hurt myself .... and no one else if I loose control ....

I don't think it hurts the lad that badly, unless she is cheating on him or had deceived him somehow.

Precisely! Sexual incompatibility can be a contributing factor in breaking a marriage.
Before we buy a car, we study its specs in detail, test drive it, make sure its parts are suitable and good enough for the job... Most importantly, we road-test it.
Same theory applies to something of greater importance because this time round, you're not signing over a huge wad of cash for the car, but rather, you're signing over your LIFETIME! So you'd jolly well better be sure that it's going to work.
There are some values and traits I will never compromise on. And I no longer believe in bending over backwards to tolerate something that I KNOW will come up in future and be the spark that ignites anger / frustration / irritation.

I was going to post another reply in the thread on the new Russian president, Dmitri Medvedev, but I figured that there's no point arguing with the cretins in SC.
They can't see that the last thing the world needs is *another* aggressive country interfering with the politics of smaller places and racing to use up natural resources. One USA is already one too many.

So sad... after dreaming a few times of aquariums and fishes, I went to the local aquarium just now and saw my favourite bee fish!!
They were pretty costly at A$4.95 each but it was the aquarium set-up that's ridiculous! Because they are tropical fish, I'd not only have to purchase a tank, I'd have to get a filter, air pump, and water heater! 
Biangz... their smallest tank isn't as small as I would have liked it to be either! So expensive to have an aquarium here! *sulks -

What sort of compatability are we talking about? I'd understand if one partner has more adventurous tastes than the other, or is more desiring of sexual intimacy. However, if one partner expects a newbie to know instantly which buttons to push without being told, I think that's unrealistic.

Precisely, so if the sexually experienced partner knows that he/she is not going to enjoy the challenges of showing an inexperienced one the ropes, nor is he/she keen on being patient, then it's a sexual incompatibility of sorts.
Sexual compatibility is so wide-ranging - it can refer to frequency, intensity, and like you mentioned, the preferences, how adventurous, etc.
And then there's the matter of libidos being compatible or not and if not, which is often the case, how much can they tolerate the variances in each other.
