No rush - I'll just try the GV website again in a couple of hours' time. Hopefully they would have fixed the bugs by then.
Frankly speaking, I only go for GV because the FS likes GV. I prefer Shaw Brothers.... in particular, their old cinema at Beach Road.
I personally hate GV after a terrible experience three years ago when I went to watch Batman Begins. The stupid counter boy literally threw my tickets and change at me, the movie started 45 minutes late, and the dumb projector broke down halfway through.
And that was on my birthday!!!!!!!!

i like the giant screen cinemas.. and i don't care which chain of cinema it is
i'm the ultimate worst nightmare for marketers if their product is generic or crap.. and the ultimate best customer if their product is good because i'd not badger them, and just go buy it within 2 minutes of my entering the store

The only reason I go GV coz it's the nearest cinema and coz MPB is lazy and won't go further than Tampines to watch a movie :x

Someone in my office recommend me this hotel. -
I have a huge craving for salmon roe now
And coz of the Nat Geo I watched yesterday on Salmons and how the Grizzly Bears picks the choicest bits of the salmon which is the brains and the roe!!!
My goodness, Bears also know how to be choosy in the wild! And they showed this Bear chomping on fresh salmon and licking up the fresh roe
After that I'm hit with salmon roe craving :(

Frankly speaking, I wanted to go up to the manager and have that stupid pimply-faced teenager with an attitude problem sacked.
But I figured, it's my birthday, and it sure ain't good for me to get someone sacked on that day for whatever the reason.
Basket..... he gave me a sour look and tossed my tickets and change right at me....

the bear pressed the fish and the eggs came shooting out.. and it ate the eggs.. after that it chewed on the head and left the rest for the fish eagle

i also like the part where the bear eats clams.. very cute..dig for clams, then use their big big claws to open and eat the stuff
