Oh, nowadays, I apply the "Drunk or drugged unless proven otherwise" theory in my encounters with ang moh strangers. ![]()

Like hell I will reply to this kind of PM! Someone as uncouth as that, probably shouldn't even consider nursing in the first place!
I still feel a bit offended by this rude PM. KNS... ![]()
Hi Rhonda, do you have unusual eating habits in Melbourne, like not being hungry the whole day, but hungry late at night that you start binging....

Hmm... I have experienced that! ![]()
I have woken up with a 'clogged up' feeling, and not wanting to put anything in my mouth except water and juices, and then suddenly, when I try to sleep, my stomach starts to growl like a tiger cub and I HAVE to put something in it to pacify it. ![]()
At other times, I feel like I can't eat enough.
Could it be seasonal? ![]()
Omigosh... it's almost 2:30am here! ![]()
I'm heading off to bed now because I have to attend a full-on course tomorrow.
Great chatting with you, Tammmiemeow! Hope to chat with you again soon!
You take care, mate!

I think its the cold, and my frens told me oxygen level higher here. so food digest faster.... wonder if there is any truth to that...I tend to eat double my intake as compared to S'pore. When I first came, I was shocked at the portion of food served. I usually have to tabao half. Now I can finish the whole plate...

Me too...
I have been extremely hungry for the past two days.
I usually split my ta bao's into two or three portions, but I've been so hungry that I ate the whole lot! And then, I snacked, cause my stomach growled!

I have discovered though, that if you make a nice cuppa warm beverage, and sip it slowly, it kinda eases the hunger pangs somewhat.
Now that it's Winter, I find myself having to heat up my food sometimes when eating it halfway because it got too cold. ![]()
Oh, have you been to Singapore Chom Chom? I love the Mee Pok there!
When I plan to eat there, I'll not eat breakfast nor lunch, then eat there at about 3-4pm, so I can finish the entire bowl of Mee Pok + Chwee Kueh + Iced Cheng Tng. So, for the whole day, no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, just this one huge in-between meal. ![]()

Have not try chom chom yet... Is the Chwee Kueh good?.... I go to those HK and Shanghai restaurants more often.... And of course Boxhill. If I crave Mee rebus or Mee siam... it's Prima instant packets....I have also learn how to cook chicken rice.....If I remain in Melbourne, I will cook for you one day.... Now, at the crossroad of my life....

It's alright. I'm quite fussy when it comes to home cooking. I cook pretty well and I've even cooked Mee Siam and Indian Bee Hoon Goreng from scratch so I'm fine, ta! ![]()
Their Chwee Kueh is authentic as! I can't believe you haven't been there before! If you love Mee Pok, you'll enjoy yourself there because I love their Mee Pok more than the ones in Singapore! It's less greasy, and the mee pok has that 'sticky' texture that mee poks in Singapore used to have in the '80's, but then the noodles started to change somewhat and have more of an ammonia kinda smell to it. ![]()
Their Mee Hoon Kueh is also to-die-for! It's so authentic, it'll bring a huge grin to your face. ![]()
Alright... talk to you again soon! My warm, toasty bed beckons! ![]()
