good stuff.. check it out...
for starters, we had fatty pork sliced thinly and cooked with a load of garlic
and this stuff called �說 or listen and speak... which is actually pig's ears and tongue
we also had minced pigeon soup and scallop broth.. both of which were lovely...
then something other than pork.. stirfried duck, sprouts and capsicum
then the best of all.. 北京一刀肉.. the evil broccoli didn't even faze how good this stuff was...
the fat just melted on your tongue in a burst of goodness and flavour...
