I missed the Passion Run last Sunday thanks to the flu. Damn.
Haven't been running for the past two weeks. I just hope I can be prepared for the AHM. I aim to finish it in 2 1/2 hours.
Oh well - reservist is next week. Will slowly rebuild my fitness.
