this thing describes my office right now
the mad boss telling me that she's updating the "expenditure" for the section.. thing is, what we do is receive the invoice, get the paperwork done and send it to finance for payment THEN we update the expenditure list..
now, in her pathological need to take charge, she's updating it before we receive the invoice... hopefully, the other guy remembers and not enter this item again when we actually receive the damned invoice...

i think they put the boss here only because it causes the least damage to the organisation.. except she tries to expand the horizons by extending her reach into the other sections and then screwing up their work...
