  haven't tried also. i also had gastric problem.

  you know what..try to eat on time. i mean...you don't wait until you're hungry then u eat. like lunch every 12.00 and don't be late for it. and dinner every 19.00. same time everyday. don't let your gastric produce the acids because it's empty. i did that. gotta have my meals on time everyday. and it works (for me). and yeah...i don't eat spicy food (cos i don't fancy it).

  I remember when my hubby had severe food poisoning during our last visit to Singapore, the doctor gave him a list which told him what not to eat.  Fruits are on the list.

  hmm.. i will buy batteries tomorrow to test the UV light...

  i've not used it for over 10 years..

  if it doesn't work, i'll go to Beach Road to buy one

  i think you need to kick up the ISO..

  your flash will drown out the UV light
