  sometimes I wish I had the balls to just tell management that people are apathetic and disengaged from their work because their pay and prospects suck and the only way to motivate them will be to pay them more. motivational talks, seminars, courses etc are just a waste of $$$$

  my colleague has been giving negative reviews about the state of the assforce.

  the CO asked... is there no positive? my colleague thought long and hard. "no"

  hahahahahahahahah~

  then the next question "do u see an improvement in the next few years?"

  "no"

  my CO is a nice guy, he deserves better.
