  I ask for the CEO of SMRT to take SMRT buses to work for one week. Without an entourage, without special arrangements, and with an ordinary ezlink card just like the teeming masses.

  Dollars to donuts say that she'll be utterly shocked at the deplorable conditions of SMRT buses.
