i just finished doing a piece of work and routed it to my boss.. who is drowning in work she took on herself.. so i'm back here for a bit..
anyway, the local rag this morning featured.. Takeru "The Tsunami" Kobayashi and Joey "Jaws" Chestnut who will appear at the Singapore Food Fest this year!

Boss has gone out for a meeting....... hee hee....
Also, i am not overly busy at the moment. Can get a little bit bored sometimes....... but i don't think it's going to last very long. In a few weeks, I will start doing site visits again.
Went to see Kungfu Panda last night. I really enjoyed it. Going to get the DVD when it's out.

Another challenge for food fest
EXTREME "CHOW" DOWN AT PREGO
(21 July - 30 August)
Do you have what it takes to be the fastest eater?
Simply take on the exciting Spaghetti & Meatball Eating Challenge by wolfing down Prego Head Chef Salvatore's special serving of spaghetti and meatball dish at the fastest possible time. Each attempt would cost S$12, and will be recorded as an official entry time for each contestant.
The top 50 "gurgitators" will be battling head-to-head with Chef Salvatore on 6 September for the ultimate show down! The final top three (3) challengers, with the fastest recorded time will be crowned overall winners.
The Grand Champion will win a one-month weekend brunch experience for two (2) at Prego, valued at more than S$1,000 whilst the second prize winner will bring home an elegant dinner for two (2) at Prego.

i wonder how much meatballs and pasta is involved...
i eat pretty fast but have lost some of the speed recently
