  i had a home-made one when the parents of a girl in my uni hostel dropped by for a visit.. they were immigrants from Scotland to Australia..

  they said it was sheep lungs, heart and liver mixed with spices, oats, herbs and then cooked in a sheep stomach...

  it looked a mess but was pretty nice to eat
