U know there used to be this Chicken Rice at Paya Lebar that sells their Chicken Rice with Chicken Blood Cubes!!I used to eat there once a week till the owner died from cancer :(

Technically, offal once existed to serve the functions of cleansing, detoxification, filtering, etc for the animal and muscles (ie. flesh), is the 'cleanest' part of the body.
And yet, you guys choose to eat the yucky offal, knowing that it's the dirtiest part of the animal.
I'm thankful for guys who love offal... so the flesh is left to ME!

It's all in the food preparation and also how the animals are fed and rearedAnyway, you know how Japanese are fussy with taste and all but their fav food are usulaly offals ^^
I'm learning a lot reading this food comic and they do give accurate facts
