it kills my knees more than a slim, light person
take heed.........it could be injection or operations to repair it temporary in the near future.

Hmm.... it's true that jogging is a high-impact exercise.....
But then again, people of all shapes and sizes have finished marathons before. So long as your posture, footstrike (how hard your feet hits the ground and in what position) and footwear are all correct, then you shouldn't have too many problems.

Hmm.... any PTIs at your base?
You might want to ask a PTI to watch you run on a treadmill. They may be able to advise you on how to let your feet strike the ground properly.

Haha.... just that if you do happen to know a PTI friend, he might be able to advise you on how to land properly.

Walk on the fucking pavement, have to risk getting run over by the fuckers on 2 wheels. To make things worse, some cannot cycle in a straight line, none believe in giving way to people on foot, and an increasing number are listening to their headphones while cycling!!
^&*$#@!!!!!
nearly got run over in front of meritus/orchard yesterday morning. what was the guy thinking off! the path has already been reduced to single file pedestrain and yet... plus i was expected to give way coz he was on bicycle???
i think i'll jog but not marathons ![]()

I even encountered one fucker on..get this...rollerblades!!!!!
i got hit by some guy on a bike before.. before the relapses of my injury which damned near crippled me..
being as big as i am, he was hurt more than me when he fell ![]()
that being said, i ran over a little boy with my bike before too... hit him really hard and ran over his foot... with both wheels... serves him right.. i was riding bright (i have lights in front and back) and was on a bicycle track.. he chose to run from a blind spot (it has a lot of "look out for cyclists" signs) out to the track..
to add to the damage done by my bike, he got smacked again by his folks for "running like a mad boy" ![]()

sounds pretty evil
I'm afraid we're going to see more cyclists though, due to the increasing fare hikes and increasing overcrowding and inefficiency of our public transport.
Is it just me or is singapore feeling more and more like a 3rd world country despite all the new infrastructure?
infrastructure does not make a developed country...
look at Dubai... nice buildings but it remains a shithole
