I was in Guangzhou and Shenzhen and thinking to myself that it doesn't feel as crowded as Singapore >.< -

Seems that way, doesn't it?I've long subscribed to the notion that tech support people are just there to infuriate you, the user, into solving the problem yourself. At that point, it's usually more expedient to just jump on the net, fire up your favorite seach engine, and find the answer to your problem yourself.
