  Making sushi?  That's easy-peasy!  You're in a forum where we not only love food, most of us can cook well too. 

  I remember getting all the ingredients and materials to make my first sushi when about... darnit, more than 20 years ago!!    At that time, Daimaru was 'hot' and I was just a teen. 

  I remember following all the instructions strictly.  Bought the best Japanese rice I could afford, mirin, mat, nori sheets, etc and even got a fan on standby to quick-cool the rice after it was cooked, the way it ought to be done!    Only thing I didn't manage to get was the wooden tub for the cooked rice because that was too expensive for me as I was on a measly allowance then.
