Hmm.... I'm thinking of getting myself a corner workstation or something. Dump my old cabinets and workstation (made of cheap wood) that are literally falling apart from years of use.
Unfortunately, places like IKEA and vhive have furniture that are just too big for my small study room (which is an extension that HDB added after upgrading).
Hmm... should I go to a custom-made furniture manufacturer?

be expensive. i thought ikea had different sizes, colour, makes etc? -

Let's see.... maximum width that I can put up with is 50cm.
Maximum length is 140cm.
I've seen the furniture sizes in the IKEA 2009 catalogue.....Suffice to say that I guess Scandinavians have pretty large needs, eh?

uhh.. my desk is about less than a metre across and 52cm "deep" but there is a slidy bit which extends out on rollers for you to work on...
