New insoles?
You're high-arched/ flat-footed?
yeah.. especially footwear.. comfortable footwear is worth spending the money on
my prob is that one I start walking, it ends up as if there isn't any arch
collapsed arch.. go see a doctor about it..
Finally!!! I've finished the food shots!!!
On my last day reporting to the ship-yard, it was just another ride on 251 to the yard.
Unusually the driver did not choose to cut into the lane turning right but chose to queue up. A 249 bus pulled-up alongside and opened his window and shouted something rudely.
My driver ignored him at first, then opened the door.
249: OI! I'LL BE CUTTING IN YOUR LANE SO YOU BETTER GIVE WAY TO ME.
251: YOU THINK YOU SO CLEVER?! ACTUALLY I WANTED TO DO THE SAME THING.
And so on....
And then came the best part when the light was about to turn green....
249: YOU THINK YOU WHAT?! OSAMA AR???

I'm definitely getting a good pair of running shoes from some speciality running shop.... say, the Running Lab at Velocity, for example.
On top of that, I gotta get me another pair of shoes for everyday use. Right now I'm wearing my running shoes everywhere I go.... it's falling apart quickly.
My SAF New Balance got stolen by some unknown REMF during my last in-camp. And those were brand-new shoes which I bought just two weeks before! ![]()
I hope that bugger gets foot rot to the point of amputation! ![]()

Huh.... the insoles are there to help absorb the impact!
Since your arches have collapsed, the soles of your feet are no longer able to properly absorb the shock. So you need at least some external cushioning - any cushioning!
Go get the SAF New Balance - they're cheap and designed for flat-footed people.
yeah.. even guy like me who last jogged in 1996 knows not to go do damned fool things like run with a collapsed arch and no support ![]()

they said it would be better to do another in-sole
