Not sure why they asked you to change the in-sole but in my case, it was a matter of inserting 2 gel like arch support in shoes. I'm flat footed but it's not serious.and I even bought shoes for flat-footed runners. I got the arch support from a medical equipment supplier.

That's a nightmare I always wondered when I take escalators. -

, pops panadol, 8 a day!And that crazy guy has slipped-disc, but with the numbing effects of the medicine he's given, he does rather streneous excercise, which we try our best to discourage.

The other Non-sailing Force guy tells us, the "normal" guys, he's freakin mad. Because you can get paralysed if the stress gets too much, and from what I can see, back problems bring a hell lot of pain to the victim.Those 2 guys got it due to the nature of our work....and a 3rd guy was lucky to escape with a sprained back.
