training! i like mine 3.5" but i don't do much walking except in the office. i use maybe flats or 1-2" cheap ones to walk into the office and then change into the nicer one. but seriously, if you do gym work on calves...it helps! -

just went to cut the cast off today, my right hand looks horrible.
There is lots of hair on the back of my hand, from elbow to fingers. and the palm looks kinda out of shape with one of my fleshy palm shrivrleved. and it hurts and wont turn properly. Doc still says to wait one more month to see how it is before doing anything else.

some kind of leather thingie. and it was on 20% discount.
Mind u, i bought it at those kind of shops inside Metro... dont think its branded or anything...
but good shoes ... so hard to find...
