Rent from the locals. Unless whoever in petchabun is prepared to pick and fetch you from BKK as and when you are there in future. -

i need the car on weekends and on weekdays if anything crops up.
petchabun province has another vehicle, the 4WD. i will drive to petchabun and swap to the 4WD to go into the villages.
