  I play tennis twice a week, and occassional swimming within the weekday ... or sometimes if free, can squeeze in another round of tennis within the weekday..

  Sometimes I wonder if it is due to type of soy foods they consume

  In the West, they take stuff like soy flours and stuff like soy meats etc

   

  However, most of the soy foods we consume in large quantities are fermented.

  - Soy sauce

  - Tau Cheo

  - Miso

  - Fermented beancurd

   

  Which are used for flavouring food.

   

  Non-fermented stuff like Tofu, Tofu Dessert and Soymilk though consumed is not a daily affair and never in large quantities

  take 1 weekend afternoon.. go ECP.. then try rollerblade.. mpb can go cycle.. after that can go pig out at lagoon hawker centre..
