$90++ after discount? That's pretty dear for Singapore. Not surprise if we get that here in Oz though.
Hubby and I had yum cha on Sunday and it cost us $60, just the 2 of us!

I can understand how you feel..... you probably wouldn't mind paying so much if the food was nice.

that 225k valuation report far exceeded what we had in mind.
So now I am stucked, should I still sell to them my flat for 208k; below valuation or should i find another buyer? -

Damn.....wished I had a camera, this time got to watch the entire sunset over Singapore from the Sraits and flying fish! I thought I was watching a sea-gull over the water, but a glance through the binos revealed a fish out of the water proppeled by its tail and pectoral fins.
But then all these really drained me......so tired.

Ok. now flat sale is confirmed.
Then need to dispose of my belongings.
Need two big sturdy luggage, preferably samsonite.
Buy at least a laptop for my trip and I am set.
Now I need to figure out how to give away 2 copperhagen lotus shapped glass with amethyst & pink quartz decorations.
And those photoalbums need to be scanned and throw away.
And those old souvenirs stuffs with my ex hub.
Opps. and that set of chinese tea set.

I was on a small police boat out at the Changi creek side. When a swordfish leaped into our boat and was thrashing on the deck.
4 of us was practically jumping around trying to avoid the fish. Finally the fish lay at the deck w/o moving and we met up with a bigger police boat and took from them a plastic pail to capture that fish.
one of the NS boys on the big boat took the fish back to cook curry.
The nest week i was on patrol again, the guys tells me that the fish made curry, and the family says the fishmeat was a bit too tough because its kinda full grown.

Well, it was okay right now because my bozz/father is out of the office.
And I received the news only when he was out of the office. So I guessed its true that we family are not meant to be together.
My stepmother says the same thing about my father.
