  I've been invited several times but it's not my kind of thing. =P

  At last we have a mild reprieve from the hot weather of the past week, it's overcast now. It's a shame for my colleagues who are going to Sentosa later though.

  And it's back to uni tomorrow.  Have you checked out Sharleen Spiteri, as I mentioned the other day?

  planning to go to Japan, at the SATAN fair, found out the taxes on top of the $2100 was at least $600!!!

  at least!!

  the dude then said it was the airlines.. if the taxes and surcharges were based on current rates.. if the bloody airlines increase the prices, they will have to do so too.. he says maybe could go up to $700

  all the while the oil companies keep raking in record profits..

  CNG burns the cleanest and we suspect it'll be hit with a tax soon like the diesel tax

  and since when did they let a matter of clean burning and all that come into consideration when revenue is concerned?  diesel burns cleaner but the diesel tax was because "diesel engine causes pollution"

  diesel's drawback is those black particles

  but thing is, it's improved alrdy. it's all $$ when they forgotten how much barrels of oil e country can save a day

  i save about $5m in oil = $5m less in the GDP

  Reading a book I borrowed about jet engines......so chim.
