  wtf..there's something wrong with me.. i slept at 3+, and at 8am i thought i heard my sms beep, so i woke up and checked but nothing..and i can't even sleep long anymore..and when i wake up, i don't feel like i've slept much..nb, sleeping has never been this hard for me..

  even before that.. when i was in indonesia, i never slept well.. i kept waking up, never able to sleep through..

  and i don't feel refresh when i wake up..

  Might be stress or tired

  Are your muscles very tensed up?

  You can't sleep well if that is the case. At least for me

  Try going for a full body massage. It helps

  if its stressed, i don't know what is stressing me except for phone bills.. but that shouldn't be too much of a concern what..

  i mean i'm serving my ns, i shoudn't have much stress...

  i don;t think my muscles is very tensed up, but i'm going thailand in 2 weeks time, massage...hmmm..

  Actually I find this yr 7th month extremely quiet man

  Even Sgforums also never talk much about it

  Usually at this time a lot of ghost story posts and sightings and stuff like that

  Even the burning of paper money near my office this year also not as aggressive as last year

  My flat there virtually no burning at all.

  I remembered last year I saw like maybe 4 -5 families burning paper money on the start of the 7th month but this year I only saw 1????

  Like my left arm I have a tightly knotted up muscle which I didn't even know it was knotted up coz I don't feel any pain in it till I went for massage

  The pain can cry one ><

  but there's nothing on in my life now..thats why i find it strange..

  perhaps, its not stress. Maybe your body thinks you have enough sleep, so automatically wake u up..
