erm, in indonesia i sleep around 1030 everyday...so for the past 2 weeks i have atcually been living a healthy lifestyle..hahahha..
only the past 2 days, at night i don't feel like sleeping cause i'm not tired.. i slept at 3-4am but even still usually like around 9 i'm awake..

Try to stick to regular hours. Don't sleep so late at night. Try not to take any tea/coffee late at night. Don't nap during the day. Try to relax before you sleep..

i used to be able to sleep for like arund 10 hours no matter what time i sleep..and no i didn't take any coffee or tea..
