i think you're just worrying about not being able to zzz. if i can't zzz, i can't zzz and get up and do something relaxing eg read a book or listen to some music. eventually doze off. just stay off stuff like gaming or chatting or sms-ing. -

I hada 6 hour break and a 4 hour break every week for like 2 sems....... spent the time sleeping. -
