  Oh well, at least Sgforums are not blocked.....  so not too bad.  I don't get on MSN very often at work anyway.  Only when I am extremely bored.  Usually Sgforums are good enough for me.

  crap! they are proposing to back date the agreement! crap! which sane director will sign an agreement binding the firm without a board approval???!!! i can't understand why it is so difficult to get the board approval then sign the agreement? i mean this is like basic "cover your ass" moves!

  can find time here and there. and hence i work 12+++ hr days. in any event, i'm not in the front line dealing daily with customers.
