Just spent the last 30min on a phone talking with a landowner of a property in the countrytown where Optus is interested in leasing to put a new tower.
He called to want to find out more info about a letter our property consultant sent him. I ended up having to tell him about what it involves etc. Unfortunately there are things I can't answer as I am not a property expert....
Oh well, at least it gave me something to do and it's nearly home time....yay!

I'm hoping it stays quiet for the next 2 hours and then I'm running out of the office. All the returns I'm waiting for are not coming in today anyway, so I suppose I'll enjoy the quiet. Esp since someone called for a meeting at 8:30am on monday morning!! -

this is how I prepare for 8:30am meetings
go early into the room with my mug half filled with coffee
sit down
face down into the mug with my nose nearly touching the coffee
beathe in and out until the meeting starts
sort of a coffee based aroma therapy
