damned cool.. fish boilover...
guy puts a pile of salt into a bucket of water (a LOT of salt) and the bucket over a hugeass pile of burning wood..
then he puts the fish in another colander-like bucket and is lowered into the boiling water...
he then throws kerosene into the fire and everything bursts into flames.. superheating the water and making it boil over... this changes the fish as the oils and whatever comes out and the salty water boils it over...
the result is very very tender and full-bodied fish

note to self: if you want to do the pig on a spit, ensure the spit motor is reliable...
the Nat Geo show featured these dudes who was roasting a pig.. the motor died and the pig ignited

then got one photo, macam normal colour, then another one saturated. at most i see is burning and sharpening.
