Especially nowadays most people spend more time at work more than at home.... so they are more likely to whinge about their work issues with their colleagues. This is how office affair started most of the times.

that's also probably one reason not to get hitched - ie don't do it just becasue of the kid(s) coz the kid(s) stay with you only maybe 20 years. you've got another 30 years with each other when the kid(s) leave the house - you better like one another coz you'll probably spend more time together than with the kid(s).
