here's one which is insane beyond belief....
in the District of Columbia, if you have a rat problem, you are not allowed to use the traditional rat traps like glue or snap-traps...
then you are supposed to trap the rats "humanely" and you should preferably trap the "whole rat family" together...
then it gets weird...
you have to then "relocate the rats" somewhere else and may need to go through "wildlife rehabilitator" as part of the relocation process...
'Merika.. nothin' quite like it...

It's not a decisive piece of evidence, and frankly it could also be a large brown bear with a large fish in its jaws.
That said, the possibility that some wooly mammoths still exist cannot be ruled out. The coelacanth comes into mind when considering this.

If you noticed when it comes to these spottings, with the improved technology it seems that the photos or videos are always grainy like heck like we are using 10 years old technology.
And seriously I think most would try to get closer to take a better picture so that it's more believable.
