  I sprained my lower back mah.. then last night i went to see a sinseh... tui and bah guan

  now my whole back bruise.. so painful!!

  And my muscle aches from wakeboarding on sat still not recover yet..

  and i also shun bian ask the sinseh to look at my old ankle injury.. tui and bah guan that part until its swollen!!

  really is whole body pain ah!!

  Usually i just go do Tui Na... Doing that time abit pain but after that you feel like your limps are very nimble... That's if you go to a sinseh who knows what he is doing

  you really are a sucker for pain hor? lower back sprained then still go wakeboarding. + ask sinseh to spoil your ankle........
