  mine was.. and i didn't do anything... and worse.. it took about 3 months for the pain to totally go away

  no.. the abdominal muscle strain/tear is got to be one of the most painful and irritating minor injuries you can get..

  and it's worse if it is the core muscle which was injured... it just outright hurts..
