everytime i go back to my mum's she'll stuff with me loads of food AND make me bring back another ton of food... how do i convince her i'm not in a refugee camp?! >.< i need to diet!!!!!

yeah but it was the other stuff in USA like the housing...

housing markets... someone financing them...
the banks and people like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were mortgage businesses.. lent out a SHITLOAD to people who could not afford to pay the loans... the people didn't care, in their balance sheets, they were "pulling in revenue" while those who got their loans had a house...
when the people could not pay, things snowball..
these debts were actually sold as an instrument to other organisations like Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, AIG and whatnots... sort of like buying shares, stocks and bonds.. they are negotiable instruments...
the moment they realised these things were worthless, they lose that cash flow.. which means they lose shitloads of money...
banks lend to each other.. that pile of debt was sold to others who repackaged it and sold it to others.. then everyone came tumbling down when it was seen as worthless..
that's the international money market for you

we get it for people if their throats are screwed..
but i think it's an infection.. best if you go see a doc, take the antibiotics for the 5 days and endure...
