Yah.....indented bullets and blanks and prepare some guns for the crew to shoot.My officer insisted using EVERY gun to fire some bullets and blanks....
So, that's how I ended up with 12 rifles, 4 machine guns to clean. It took me 3 weeks of OT to clear up the mess.

You got that right... It's a thankless job.... You get shit from customers, they you get more shit from your superiors and than now IT decided it was fun to drop even more shit on us........

How does your IT department affect what you do?
I guess my hubby would love that.... he's in IT and he has heard that a lot... whenever things are not working, people always blame the IT.

They were supposed to archive our logs but apparently they had not been doing it for the last 5 months... We were told that we had to do it because they needed help

What the.... how could they make such a big mistake and still had the cheek to ask you for help?

I tried my hands at customer service and lasted only 10 days and became famous for receiving 2 complaints in that short stint when everyone else had only 1.

It's tough. I deal with demanding client at work too... but at least it's not as bad as you. I can get away from being blunt with them when I know what I am talking about and they don't.
