depends...if cannot keep my eyes open...zzz. so it's anything between 11 - 1 or 2. i've been known to zzz 30 min after meal. know it's no good but can't help it.i thought you stay up pretty late too? see some of your posts way past midnight.

nah, on normal days, i usually sleep about 11.30-ish ..
weekends if i go out then perhaps will post later at night...
