uhh.. dunno.. but it's easy enough to replicate...
i used a syringe the only time i irrigated my nasal passages...
go to YouTube to look for instructions or just google it...

My doc recommended horseradish + Vit C pills ..
I took for 2-3 months? Improved a lot.. only gets a bit bad during hazy days..
