Anyway, I have never tried NZ milk before so I don't know if it's really better. One thing for sure though, I prefer drinking fresh milk than long life milk.

i teeter between lactose intolerant and okay...
i start out slow.. about half a glass a day for a week and then build up to about 2 glasses a day...
then i get lazy and it all goes to heck again
you can build up your tolerance of lactose
