That's quite true.... but I guess it's just like insurance in general....

talking about insurance, i'm waiting for my actual travel insurance documents to be mailed to me so that i can go do my claims on Friday since i'm on leave that day...
will also go get a replacement driving license..

Probably because it's made in Japan, that's why!
The Sony radio alarm clock that wakes me up every morning has been plugged in and operating almost continuously since 1981. I say almost because I had to unplug it temporarily when I brought with me it to the US, but it's been operating continuously since I got here. It has survived several power surges and a lightning strike to my chimney that fried every other electrical/electronic device that was connected to a wall outlet.
They don't make 'em like that anymore...

i already have the softcopy.. the documents should reach me by today.. their office is just about 5 minutes from my place.. and i'm going around there anyway to get a haircut..
in the afternoon, i'll have to attempt to find the Traffic Police HQ to get my replacement license.. i hate that place.. they're digging up the place to put in the MRT Circle Line and it keeps changing.. i navigate by landmarks so the changing landscape messes me up

One thing about insurance company.... it's so easy to sign up but when come to make a claim there are tonnes of paperwork to complete before you get your money back....
