I'm going to try the Taiwanese duck this year. I will need to call them up to find out more though and I think the Taiwanese duck comes with head and feet :P
Supposed to be fatter than the USA ducks too

1kg is too much for something that is expensive and that people might want to "try first". Having said that the Terra sweet potato crisps aren't bad at all.
Perhaps they could be introduced to caterers for high-end parties and such first...see if people learn about it via word of mouth after that.

there is a stall in lau pat sat that sells sweet potato french fries.. they cut it to french fry shape, fry and sell in packets.. taste quite nice ..
so if there are some in the market.. may buy .. and try to see the taste first
