You know, I dreamt of Singapore Day just a few hours ago!
I dreamt we volunteered to help them pack the goodie bags and there were quite a few lovely items to pack and some idiot had forgotten to order the classic paper bags so we had to use the horrible plain blue plastic bags. The goodie bags had different assortment of items in them but each bag had 8-9 items, including perfume, jewellery, food, etc.
Next, I dreamt that I became transported back to Singapore in the 1960's and I was working in an office in a converted shophouse when my boss suddenly told someone to let me interview the candidates for the administrative asst job in our company's branch in 'Pulau Pangkor' or something... and I panicked cause I knew nothing about it, so I pulled out the files to look at the advertisement first and got myself ready.
Weird... lately, it's been 2-3 dreams in one night!

Ha ha.... you are definitely looking forward to Singapore Day... so much that you started to dream about it.
Had a very busy weekend cleaning the house. Hubby was mowing the lawn, putting all the hard rubbish in a skip that we hired. Also, we got to try out our new BBQ. It was great!
You have to come over to our place for a barbie one day!

Yay!!! So what did you two grill yesterday? I'm sure there were the 'obligatory' sausages! -
We had BBQ on Sat and Sun as hubby wanted to play with the new "toy".
On Sat, we had chicken breast, sausage, garlic bread and chips.
On Sun, we had Kangaroo steak, sausage, garlic bread and chips.
Pretty simple!!

I love that they are now in Bridge Road! I think I'm becoming fatter and fatter liao... so much good food in my area!

What did you have at Nandos? Hubby and I usually have the mixed platter to share..... Nice!

I used the coupon on the first night - had 1/4 chix with a side of grilled corn, both Extra Hot, and it came with eight free BBQ ribs, which were pretty nice!
Second night, I didn't get to eat well for lunch, and I had a really crappy day at work because the patient and family were notorious at work for being hard to deal with, so to compensate, I had 1/2 chix with corn, again both Extra Hot.

Yummy.... I usually have hot as hubby can't take anything hotter than that. I will just add in extra hot sauce on mine. I love the chicken wings. Infact I love chicken wings in general

Maybe, we can BBQ chicken wings! Each of us marinade it differently so we can have mutliple-flavour chix wings!
