  BMI is only a rough guide. more importantly is the % of body fat.

  i need to go on a diet soon.. and start getting some strengthening exercises in for my stomach muscles

  actually you wont know your % body fat unless they test it. remember one of my boss' BMI was about yours but the thing was he was super fit and ran almost everyday. when they did the % body fat testing...you know the rest.

  I think we finally got rid of our resident possum.... yay....

  I am also feeling sad at the same time as it looks so cute.  If it hasn't been destructive to put holes in the wall and made a mess everywhere, we would have let it stay.

  could have built a small wooden box for it to stay in.. i think it'll like that better than the inside of a wall
