I tell you, here, the fashion is a bit... weird. There are women of all ages and sizes going around with ribbons in their hair!
The last time I wore ribbons in my hair was when I was in JC! I mean, here, there are white-haired ah mah's wearing ribbons.
Worse is my colleague... morbidly obese, bad BO and foot odour soooo nasty you can smell which room she's been to after she's left, very bossy and she wears a tiny ribbon in her hair! Eeeeeeee yerh!!!
oops..i used to like to wear jeans and white shirt (with big collars)..
i was slim and tall....USED TO..
...must slim down...back to 60kg!

You can get really nasty cervical spine injuries from doing stunts like that. ![]()
And oh... don't forget the brain hemorrhages as well. ![]()

I think, better not attempt! The heavier one's body weight, the larger one's body mass, the worse the cervical fractures.
And don't forget, with cervical injuries, there's the risk of paralysis from the neck down.
av, don't attempt, hor! ![]()
The styles of bags I like are like mostly from Tod's, Miu Miu and Luella for the more expensive ones...
The cheaper range would be like Coach and Kate Spade

I actually like both...
I think in terms of workmanship, the 2nd bag is worth every single penny cause it's more challenging to make.
However, it is not zipped up and I distrust handbags that do not have zips because it's so easy to be pick-pocketed that way.
Cassie was that a photo of you
If so, you're so slim :O *envy*

There's no particular brand that I like. I look at the designs. It could be from some boutique or market, if I like the design and it's not overpriced, I'll buy.
Sigh... I wish mom would post my handbags over to me... I miss my Japanese handbags! ![]()

And guys, that poley move is one of the easiest; all you need to do is clamp down your thighs. On the hangback, you have both legs clamping down.
Did the Gemini as well - only one leg on pole and the other is curved towards your back.
And for both moves, hands OFF the pole.
AV, better start practising for the year end outing. I could loan you the make up.

why can't you find someone nearby?
does being on a vegan diet help at all?
i'm thinking, plenty of exercise, eat properly it'll be enough
just by cutting down on rice and bread (cutting down, not abstaining) should lose you some weight already

This instructor comes highly recommended by a friend. Apparently he's very patient and good with his explanations.
His rates are not bad too... AUD $40 / 45-min lesson.

Oh, the instructor also said not to take the driving test at RACV Lygon St, where I intended to, because he says that one, and the one at Clayton, is hard to pass. ![]()
