  I've been sleep deprived for quite a while and really needed to catch up on sleep. Ferret is the resident champion for long stretches of sleep though. Ask her how many hours she can manage.

  my sleep cycle is busted.

  woke up at 4am this morn, because i slept at 4pm yesterday.

  the irriating thing about sleeping marathons is the need to pee and drink water.

  I didnt get up to drink water and my throat gave me problem just somewhere at midnight.  That problem now means a swelling throat for me this morning.

  Ok. will standby that eventually...and preferably a toliet nearby for good measure.

  I slept early yesterday cos I collaspe again in a public area.  I struggled to reach home by walking and bus to get onto my bed and sleep.

  the worst SFI food i ever had was Pandan Chicken

  the chicken came in this moss green colour.

  it was the only dish i spit out of my mouth immediately after putting it in.
