Just got back from my friend's wedding.
It was somewhere at Yishun. I had to take a feeder bus there from the MRT.
I didn't know that the bus had both 'yellow plate' and 'white plate' versions.
End result.... instead of being 15 minutes early as I had planned, I was 30 minutes late.

I don't understand why bus companies must name feeder buses going on different routes with the SAME NUMBER.
I got really confused at Pasir Ris intercharge cos they have the same number going two different routes (west loop and east loop)
WHY not just use a different number?? Running out of numbers?

I'm starting to suspect ... that the bus services are discretely cutting down on the frequency of buses for routes with less passengers during off peak hours ....
twice now, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus outside my house ... (75)

Yeah.... you're telling me.
I took service 811 just now. The wedding card told me to take the 'white plate'.
When I got to the interchange, I saw a No.811 taking passengers. Nothing to tell me what 'plate' that was. I also figured that white or not, it shouldn't make a difference.
But as it turns out..... it makes a VERY significant difference. That was the yellow plate bus. Wasted 45 minutes for nothing.
And it turns out that the queue for the 'white plate' bus was further down in an ulu location marked by a very small sign!
