  I think for aquatic plants to thrive, you need to have the right gravel, plant them and then you need to release plant food into the water regularly. 

  I guess you need to monitor the pH and ammonia levels as well.    A lot of work... but I like!  It's like having a kinda scientific lab of sorts!

  Anyone can recommend me a good digicam... Budget about $400 bucks.

  I have been eating a lot nowadays.

  Just today I ate:

  1. Weetabix cereal + (mixed with oat clusters)  for breakfast

  2. Turkey ham sandwich for brunch

  3. Nasi ayam penyet for lunch

  4. 2x chocolate chip cookies from Spinelli's

  Sigh.... I don't want to gain too much fat after losing lots of it during the fasting month...

  ..... but it seems that healthy food costs twice as much and takes too much trouble to prepare on my own.
