23 degrees is like air con at high setting mah....
I've been to both Chiangmai and Kanchanaburi.... the good thing about them is that humidity levels are low in both places.
ATEC at Kanchanaburi was especially good.... though it could reach 43 deg in the afternoon, the low humidity was comfortable, and sweat evaporated quickly while resting.
And the temp could drop to 16 deg at night.... it was like fighting a war with the air-con on.

i don't understand why the SG education system is still teaching stuff that people are not interested in
