  Finished the mizuno wave run earlier this morning. Friggin they might just as well call it a hill run! 90% was uphill. Hill after hill. My lower limbs are rebeling now. Which was why I skipped my gym workout after the run and went for poley instead.

  i finished my shopping and waited for the rain to stop, then on the way back kena hit by rain at the same area again.
