  Plaster I like the Chilli Brand one. It's the hottest around

  Seriously if it's a sprain go for accupunction. It's pure bliss. This is from someone who sprained her back twice.

  thats the one i put on last night !!!!!

  i took it out after 10 mins !!!!

  it hurrrrrttttssssss 

  i think it hurts so much it made me forget abt the sprained shoulder !!!! 

   

   

  it was on the 28th. and then they changed it to 27th after adjusting the calender.

  i went to Giant to get the only plaster i can use without my allergy to salicylates working up.. Tiger Balm Red....

  3 packs for $8.80

  that's what i use...

  but if you're not allergic to salicylates, i recommend going to the medical hall, get the brown plasters with a bunch of chinese words on them.. they're made in Taiwan.. very very good.. i used them before my allergy to salicylates increased...

  that.. and mild stretching.. rest..

  and not using the PC...

   

   

  p.s. the plasters are only 3 for $8.80 because on sale.. otherwise, they're like $4 per pack

  I don't like needles but when you're in extreme pain, the needle is good.

  Or ask Bear to lend you his zapping thing

  salicylates = aspirin allergy...

  the chilli brand one has some kind of chilli thing in it..

  the others rarely do.. so stuff like salon pas is okay coz they're just hot..

  I used Salonpas gel when I was in the army.

  Very effective.

  However, do NOT use it prior to showering.... under running water, it really, really stings.
