This horse-drawn restaurant runs from Healesville.... about 50min drive from my place. Healesville is quite nice so I am sure it's going to be nice as we travel around different routes.
The carriage can take up to 8 people and we have 6 people altogether so I paid extra just to have the carriage to ourselves.
Oh well, I really hope it's going to turn out well on that night that hubby will enjoy the experience!

I have been on the tram restaurant before, it's not too bad so I think it will be quite similar. There's only one way to find out!
Thanks, I hope I get better soon too. I have been sick a lot this year. Probably too much cortisone that lowers my immune system.

i did think about sticking the pineapple in the toaster oven....but erm....im really too damn lazy. and there's only a few pieces left.
but the roof of my mouth already feels pretty raw because i've been eating so much of it >.<

Didn't you cut the 'eyes' out of the pineapple before eating? That usually helps prevent the 'biting' sensation in your mouth.
Also, rub a bit of salt in the pineapple to get rid of that acidity as well.
Or, just be atas a bit and eat only those pineapples that are sweet.

add some salt to the pineapple. helps to make the pineapple sweeter too

improvise for a pizza. you have salsa right? spread that on some baguette/bread, throw in some meat/luncheon meat (still have them?) or tuna, veg/bell peppers, pineapple and dump it into the oven.
